Peter Leech - Kitchen Manager
Peter has worked at Holmes Place for eight years and been head chef for six of those years. He prides himself on sourcing quality local ingredients and preparing freshly cooked meals.
Pete has worked as a chef for 12 years and has a City & Guilds catering and hospitality award level 2 and also a qualification in supervising food safety.
Jenny Ginda - Manager
Jenny has worked at Holmes Place for ten years and has held the position of manager for four of those years. She has a vast amount of experience in the catering industry, having held numerous positions in a wide range of establishments.
Jenny boasts a wide range of qualifications including an NVQ level 3 in hospitality supervision and an NVQ level 2 in food and drinks service.
Daniel Nield-Siddall - General Assistant
Daniel has worked in the café for three years as both a chef and waiter. He is renowned for his friendly personality and willingness to go the extra mile for every customer that walks through the door.
Daniel is very experienced within the catering industry having held several positions since leaving catering college in which he gained an NVQ level 3 in food and drinks service.
